DL3 Realty’s Post

We are thrilled to announce that the Woodlawn Community has approved Revive63, our redevelopment proposal for the Washington Park Bank Building! Our dedicated development team, in partnership with Alderwoman Jeanette Taylor, facilitated 20th Ward community meetings to amplify resident voices and gain insight into the needs of the Woodlawn neighborhood. Through this community-driven development process, ward residents voted and approved the Washington Park Bank Building Redevelopment with an impressive 70% approval rating. Revive63 will be home to the newly relocated Chicago Public Library Bessie Coleman Branch, feature three floors of dedicated community office space, and offer 5,000 square feet of commercial retail on the ground floor. This flagship building will maintain its historic limestone facade while incorporating modern, state of the art amenities. Special thanks to our Director of Acquisitions and Development, Alex J. Sparhawk, Esq. for his steadfast leadership and commitment to the 20th Ward.
