The reality is most ecommerce brands don't even know where their emails are landing... Customer Data At a minimum, get it from the online order that assumes you have online ordering tied to your system with an email opt-in If they order from 3rd party, you won't get that unless it's off your website tied to letting them deliver on your behalf Dine in? The simplest bet is a buy-back coupon to use online next time or, if nothing else, a QR code for an online review that gets their email. Tie it to your pos, or if you do not have any of that, you can create a landing page easily enough with constant contact or MailChimp
