🔔 Today we announced several changes to our Management Board for the next phase of our growth strategy. James von Moltke, our Chief Financial Officer, has informed the bank that he will not be seeking another term when his contract expires in June 2026. We are happy to announce that Raja Akram will succeed James after a transition period, joining Deutsche Bank from Morgan Stanley. Our Supervisory Board also decided on a new mandate for our CEO Christian Sewing, to run until April 2029. Fabrizio Campelli, our Head of the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank, will also have his contract extended by three years, until October 2028. In addition, Fabrizio will assume the regional responsibility for the Americas as of May 1, 2025. He will take over from Stefan Simon, who will leave the bank for personal reasons.
