Here's Part 2. ... See last week's TBT to see how it all started! That drive back to London turned into a constant stop-and-go as the car kept overheating, demanding water every few miles. How I managed to get it home remains a mystery, but there I was, proud and ready to take it to the carwash the next morning. A few days later, eager to show it off, I took my partner ,now my wife out for a drive... But the next morning, ready to drop her to work, I looked at the spot where we’d parked it…and it wasn’t there. I ran back inside, convinced I’d forgotten where we parked. After a search, it finally sank in it was gone!! Stolen. The car I’d poured my entire savings into vanished just like that. I was gutted. But looking back, that car taught me something invaluable the importance of due diligence. Now, as a property investor, I don’t take any chances. Every investment is vetted, every angle examined. Today, I make sure that each property not only makes sense but also offers a solid return. Each purchase is about more than ownership ,it’s about creating value, knowing the returns, and ensuring my investors' capital is put to good work.
