Fifty years ago, Deoleo planted its roots in Alcolea, Córdoba. Today, that seed has grown into a global olive oil leader—driven by our people, innovation, and commitment to sustainability. Our Alcolea plant now produces nearly half of Deoleo’s global output, reaching homes in 69 countries. As we have grown, so has the region—through employment, stronger local economies, and long-standing partnerships with thousands of farmers and cooperatives. To mark our 50th anniversary, Carlos Sanchez Plaza, Global Chief Operations Officer; Rafael Pérez de Toro, Global Chief Quality Officer for Deoleo; and Maria del Mar Garcia Caparros, Córdoba Plant Director had the honor of welcoming José María Bellido, Mayor of Córdoba, and BLANCA TORRENT, Deputy Mayor and President of IMDEEC, to celebrate the legacy we’ve built in Córdoba and shared with the world.
