Customer service is not what it used to. I tried but despite Diamond status and all, Delta could not honor our refund request. Very sad and disappointed.

I am an older dude and have been a loyal Delta customer since 1987. I am a past Flying Colonel with my first million miles earned by 1988. I am currently a diamond elite working on my third million miles. Over the last 38 years, with trips to almost every country on the planet, there is very little I haven’t seen or experienced in a Delta airplane. However, for the very first time in 38 years, on a flight from Atlanta to Chicago on Monday 01/02/25, I experienced a female pilot assisted by a female copilot. It was one of the smoothest landings I’ve ever experienced! Kudos to Delta!
