Chicagoland Food & Beverage Network doesn’t disappoint! Thanks for another great night of insights and networking with top food industry innovators. Highlights for me centered around: 1. Culturally driven trends especially related to Gen Z, who are the most diverse and culturally aware consumers to date. 2. Packaging innovation focused on sustainability (e.g., solutions that dissolve in salt water to reduce plastic in our oceans, using methane in package design, and even the development of eco-friendly coffee bean shoes.) 3.
