Hey friend, this is Teresa. We are building material factory. We can service from measurement, design, production, shipping. Hope we can support you in the future.
We just had a very poor experience with David Weekley Homes. The HVAC in our brand new house needed to be "repaired" 8 times in 1 year...the first time was just before we closed on the house. It's obvious that it was a bad unit. Now, the warranty period is over, and we had to shell out close to $2K in extended warranty. They won't help to cover a cent of it. It's been a really disappointing experience. We have made a complaint to BBB and escalated to the CEO, but still nothing. BUYER BEWARE!! #HVAC #davidweekley #newhomes
Quite an inspirational video. Sounds like a company that cares about people, which lines up with my core values. If given the opportunity I would consider a career with David Weekley Homes.

Would be even better if you could figure out your AC systems. Seems like it's a common issue that needs to be addressed. We have had HOUK put to our home once every month or so since move in two and a half years ago. Multiple complaints with the warrant guy, Sal. The AC still doesn't work properly and all I hear now is "well it's out of warranty." 10/10 do not recommend unless you enjoy your home being 75-80 degrees in the summer.
You need a #builder you can form a relationship with. We did just that when we purchased our home in #Florida with #DavidWeekleyHomes. With my #financial #experience on #WallStreet, surrounded by #risk since 1980, I knew our home needed to be built safely to withstand #hurricanes and changing #weather patterns. This is #conditionalriskmanagement. And thankfully so, as we now have #HurricaneMilton heading our way. Thank you to everyone at David Weekley Homes. Keep building with evolving #climate protection in mind.
👏👏👏
Incredible company to work for. Go Weekley!

1yI'm really disappointed I couldn't move into my David Weekley home. I had a poor experience with their in house finance and couldn't close. Afterwards, David Weekley kept my $10k earnest money. I would not recommend working with them.
