Does the market really require a variety of artificial flavours in order to commercialise natural, tender coconut water? Isn't it good to be greedy in order to invent more food products than lacking in better innovation? It's not a conscience of a normal consumer head to the local supermarket. it's about the conscience of food technologist who head to the same local supermarket. Coming from an Agricultural University where I studied the science of food crops, soil, insects (pest) which affect the food crop cultivation and spraying pesticides for crop safety to an academic background in food technology learned about the food processing and preservation, right now, dealing with the red flags of the earth called pesticide residues in food within the permissible limit for consumption , the life I have chosen has really given me the different perspective check on better food quality and safety. And my curiousity is fuelled everyday!!! #foodtechnology #foodproductdevelpment #foodsafety #foodquality #curiousity
