That was the foundation of the culture that we have today at Daniel Stark. Just that no drama mentality, you know, both of us having worked in law firms where drama was an everyday part of of the culture. That's not that's not an environment that's conducive to excellence. And so, yeah, it was, it was important to us then and it's important to us now. Have a culture of high performers that are inspiring.
