You Started 2024 with a Goal to Lose 2 Stone... And It's December with Only 3 Stone to Go. I get it. You’ve set your sights on a goal, but along the way, life happened. Maybe you: Fell into the trap of quick fixes and fad diets that didn’t last. Got caught up in the chaos of life, work, and family, and lost track of your progress. Tried to push yourself too hard, only to burn out and fall back into old habits. Felt like you didn’t have the support or knowledge to make sustainable changes. It’s normal. Life gets in the way, and we all face setbacks. But here’s the thing: you’re still ahead. Instead of feeling defeated, let’s focus on what’s left to do—and finish strong. You’ve made it this far, and with the right plan and support, you can achieve your goal. I've closed spaces for this year and it might be a while until we open spaces in the new year as we concentrate on our current clients. If you want to know when spaces open or get access to our exclusive free trainings: 💬 Comment "Priority" below to join the list and get your spot before spaces fill up! The 4th quarter of 2024 is here—and most people haven’t even thought about their New Year’s resolutions yet. The reality is, 99% of the people waiting until January to "finally get in shape" are going to fail. Let me explain why: Most people kick off the new year with extreme, unsustainable routines—cutting out entire food groups, doing hours of cardio, or waking up at 4 AM when they’ve never done it before. They’re setting themselves up to fail. You can’t keep up with that long-term. But here's the thing: you can separate yourself from the 99% by starting NOW. Instead of waiting for January, start putting systems in place today that actually fit your lifestyle. Focus on small, consistent actions that align with your schedule, goals, and other demands. While others burn out after 3 weeks in January, you could be entering 2025 with real progress and momentum. It’s not about the perfect routine—it’s about building something sustainable that you can stick with, no matter what life throws at you. If you’re tired of restarting every January and want real results that last, let's chat. Together, we’ll create a plan that fits into your life and helps you crush your goals without burning out. Don’t wait until 2025. Let’s make it happen now. 💪

The year is getting long in the tooth. I can't believe that there are only a few weeks left until we wrap on 2024. If I can leave you with some tips to finish the year strong. 1) Take a look at the goals you set earlier in the year and check progress. Don't stress over what's not done but focus on what you can accomplish before year end. Not hitting all of your goals is not a bad thing at all. You didn't fail, you learned. 2) Start thinking about those lessons going into '25. Did you over commit? Under commit? Or were you just right? If you plan in December before the holiday break, you'll be in a great position when '25 kicks off to hit the year hard. 3) Focus on real life. Sure, work, socials, conferences and all of that are amazing. But take the time to enjoy those around you in real life that enrich your existence and those who's existence you enrich. The time off does wonders for your health and soul, so slow down, take some breaths and enjoy it. Life is short. It's up to each of us to make the most of it.

Happy 2025! 🎈🎆🎉🎊 The holiday season is over. Have you set your goals for 2025? Every year, on December 31st or January 1st, I take the time to sit in a quiet space and plan for the year ahead. I set goals for ways to make a difference, personal growth, family, health, business and finances(income and wealth building). Chapter 2025 of our life story is like a blank sheet of paper. It’s up to each of us to decide what our picture will look like and what our story will be by year’s end. If we don't create our own vision, it may he the same as last year, or others and external circumstances may shape it into something we don’t desire. So, if you haven’t already, take some time to design your life for 2025—the life you truly want. It’s in your hands. You have the power to make this new year your best chapter yet!

💐👏 Wow! It's December already! 2024 has flown by, hasn't it? It feels like just yesterday we were setting our New Year's resolutions, full of hope and ambition. But as the year winds down, we often find ourselves caught in a whirlwind of self-doubt and disappointment. We scrutinize our unfulfilled goals, berating ourselves for falling short of our own expectations. It's easy to get caught up in this cycle of negativity. We set lofty goals, only to be disheartened when we don't achieve them all. But it's important to remember that life is unpredictable. Unexpected challenges, setbacks, and simply the demands of everyday life can derail even the best-laid plans. Instead of beating ourselves up, let's approach self-reflection with kindness and compassion. Acknowledge the effort and progress we've made, no matter how small. Celebrate the victories, big and small. And most importantly, be gentle with ourselves. As we enter the final stretch of 2024, let's shift our perspective. Instead of focusing on what we haven't accomplished, let's appreciate the lessons we've learned, the strength we've gained, and the resilience we've developed. Remember, it's okay to adjust our goals and expectations. Life is a journey, not a race. What matters most is that we keep moving forward, one step at a time. So, let's give ourselves the grace to learn, grow, and evolve. As we bid farewell to 2024, let's do so with gratitude and hope. Let's carry the lessons we've learned into the new year, and approach it with renewed optimism and determination. You've done your best, and that may not be good enough for you, but it's alright. Now, let's give ourselves the gift of self-compassion and set our sights on a brighter future. 💐👏

Where did the year go, right? It feels like we blinked, and suddenly 2024 is packing up. But before we rush into all the “new year, new me” energy of 2025, let’s pause for a second. ⏸ This time of year is perfect for two things: celebrating how far you’ve come and getting real about what’s next. Tip 1: A Little Celebration 🎊 : You did something amazing this year. Maybe it’s not what you planned back in January, but think about it—what are you proud of? A big win? A small step forward? Even making it through a tough time counts as a major victory. Tip 2: A Breather Before the Next Big Thing : December isn’t just about holiday chaos. It’s your chance to reset, recharge, and make space for whatever you want 2025 to look like.➡️ Tip 3: A Moment for Vision-Casting: What do you really want for yourself next year? Not the resolutions everyone else is making, but your version of success, joy, or growth. 🪜🪜 💪💪💪Here’s my challenge to you : grab your favorite snack, find a quiet spot, and answer these questions: - What’s one thing 2024 taught you? - What’s one thing you want to let go of? - What’s one thing you can’t wait to start in 2025? I want you to always know that the best is yet to come !!!

If I wanted to get into the best shape of my life this year, here’s exactly what I’d do—and what you should too. Nobody gets how much you want to look and feel great more than I do. For years, I dreamed of having an athletic body— A flat stomach, some definition, and a bit of muscle to feel proud of. But I wasn’t blessed with great genetics, and my lifestyle didn’t exactly help either. Add the pressure of making good money and raising kids, and it felt like that vision of myself was impossible. Sound familiar? You’ve probably been on this mission for years. And now that January’s here, it feels like a perfect fresh start. But here’s the catch: most people fall into the same January trap. Right now, you’re probably as motivated as you’ll ever be. And that makes getting started easy. But motivation doesn’t last—and that’s where most people fail. If you don’t have the right tools and systems in place, you’ll lose steam before February even starts. And if you truly want head-turning results, you need to stick with the right plan for at least three months. Here are 3 things you MUST do with your January motivation: ✅ Set a crystal-clear goal. “Lose weight” isn’t specific enough. Know exactly what you’re aiming for. ✅ Create urgency. “I’ll just see how it goes” isn’t going to cut it. Set a deadline to drive action. ✅ Commit to weekly non-negotiables. Perfection isn’t the goal, but consistency is key. Master these three things, and your body, energy, and confidence will transform in ways you can’t imagine. And if you want help making this foolproof, join my FREE 14-Day Rewire Program. I’ll guide you step-by-step to create a plan that works for YOU—and help you build the habits to make 2025 your year. 👉 DM me “14 days” to secure your spot on the priority list before we open!

Reflections to Close 2024 and Open the Doors to 2025 As we approach the end of this year, it's the perfect time to pause and reflect on everything we've experienced. 2024 has been a year of challenges, lessons, and memorable moments. Each experience, whether positive or negative, has left us with invaluable lessons that have made us stronger and wiser. It’s easy to focus on what didn’t go as we hoped, but today I invite you to look back with gratitude. Appreciate the opportunities that came your way, the people who crossed your path, and every step that has led you to be who you are today. As we approach another January, I can’t help but wonder: What exactly is new about the new year? Is it the number on the calendar? The promises we make to ourselves? Or is it something deeper? Truthfully, you don’t need a brand-new set of 365 days to start over. You don’t need a clean slate to begin working toward your goals or changing your habits. The idea of a “new year” is symbolic, it’s an invitation to reflect, reset, and realign. But the truth is, every single day offers the same opportunity. Think about it: If you have a goal you’ve been postponing, why wait for January 1? If there’s a habit you’ve been trying to break, why not begin today? If there’s a dream you’ve been holding back on, what’s stopping you right now? The “new” in the new year isn’t the time, it’s the mindset. It’s the decision to take action, to start fresh, and to show up for yourself. The calendar won’t change your life, but you can. So, what if you started today? What if you embraced this very moment as your turning point? What if you stopped waiting for the perfect time and realized that any time can be perfect if you’re willing to begin? The truth is, life doesn’t need a countdown or fireworks for you to make a change. It just needs your commitment. Newness isn’t tied to a date—it’s tied to a decision. Whether it’s December 20th, January 1st, or April 15th, the power to restart is always in your hands. So don’t wait for the new year to be new. Start where you are. Start now.
