The importance of company cukture and fitting in
Headcount planning and role mapping are critical steps for any founding team. Without them, it’s easy to over-index on hiring, bringing in roles too early or misaligning skill sets with actual business needs. Startups, especially in early stages, need to be deliberate about who they hire and when. Every new hire should have a clear function, measurable impact, and alignment with long-term strategy. I’d love to see more insight on how founders can map roles to business milestones; so they scale intentionally rather than reactively.
