Since the launch of #Microsoft365Copilot, I have been an avid user, incorporating it into my daily tasks to help drive productivity and efficiency in as many workstreams as possible. I am thrilled to share a new video showcasing a day in my life at work and how #Microsoft365Copilot is helping me increase productivity. Honored to support one of our leading partners, #Coursera in this effort. I encourage you all to use Copilot if you are not already and would love to hear how it is helping you drive productivity in your jobs. https://lnkd.in/gC34Ss8vDebbie UttechtLaura NeumannTom Michel
As the Sales Excellence Lead of the Learning Channel team at Microsoft, I'm focused on driving business success and empowering our technical skilling partners. My responsibilities include business planning based on industry trends, managing our business reviews, and overseeing our analytics backbone. Tech wasn't really on my radar, but fate had different plans. In the final year of college, I was offered a position as a functional consultant in one of the largest IT tech services companies in the world, and there's been no looking back after that. So I think the primary challenge is being able to manage all the planned as well as unplanned work streams simultaneously with a very lean support team. It is very, very important in our business to efficiently utilize all the resources that you have, whether it's the stakeholders, whether it's the people, it's processes or it's the tools. And now with the release of Copilot, of course, that has become an additional tool which has become a part of my toolkit. Which helps may be organized and drive efficiency in our systems as well. One of the most important things that has helped me to be on top of everything is to have very solid work back schedules and plans to help me keep my priorities in check. We are using Copilot for being on top of things, helping us identify any issues, helping us keep track of our calendars, meeting notes, which gives us time on a day-to-day basis to look at the other work items. It has become an enabler to help. Amplify the impact of all these Office 365 tools and add into productivity as we are able to connect all of these applications together and help talk through them. When first trying Copilot, I was very, very excited and intrigued by the idea of having a tool which would be able to process information so much faster as well as increase my productivity. And I have to say I was really amazed by many of the results. The Microsoft 365 Copilot chart is actually the best solution to help coordinate across different applications in the Microsoft 365 suite because. Integrates with Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, providing you a unified graph where Copilot can search through all these applications and get you all the information in the entire suite together in one place. It's a great tool for me to start drafts, start PowerPoint presentations in Excel. I use Copilot to generate graphs, which I love to do. Copilot has become something that I use in all walks of life and it's something that I'm constantly. Amazed and excited about. I use Copilot to go through all my meetings, summarize all the notes and bucket them by themes and identify any specific action items or follow-ups. That helps me really keep on top of all the discussions that have happened through the day and on different projects and reach out to them and take action accordingly. All this information is also used very efficiently to help create droughts so that we can reach. Out with all the required stakeholders accordingly and assign action items. And then to take it further, you can start a loop component where people can then look at all the discussions, take it to the next level and finish it off. And this is a great way where we feel like we can collaborate and share our ideas and come up with like outputs and feel energized about the fact that we are heard and we have looked at different aspects of a project which we might have missed in different meetings. We might have had. Make your prompt specific. Provide short details about what you're wanting to do. For example, summarize this e-mail into two bullet points that provides more detail based on the results that you're getting from Copilot. Keep adding in or revising in your prompt so that you can get better and refined results. And the more you do it, the better you'll get at it. So use Copilot as a colleague and someone that you are having a conversation with as an assistant. For you and you will start seeing the results and start having fun with it. So good luck with that.
