COS believes having proper employment is one of the most important means for women’s empowerment and independence. We have a responsibility to ensure women in our supply chain are safe, represented, and valued in their everyday workplace.   Driving equality and opportunity for all is central to our Gender Equality in the Supply Chain strategy. Now in our third year of assessing the progress, we are proud to see a positive trend.
