This week, we’re featuring a groundbreaking team exploring how autonomous tech can support cultural fire practices: FireSwarm Solutions Inc & Cheslatta Contracting Limited Partnership, both from British Columbia, Canada. Their solution is an AI-driven fleet of drones designed to carry out cultural and prescribed burns, increasing ecosystem resilience, reducing wildfire risk, and supporting Indigenous-led fire stewardship.
