𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 – 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗗𝗮𝘆 This World Autism Day, we recognise the importance of cultivating truly inclusive workplaces - ones where neurodivergent talent isn’t just accommodated but empowered to thrive. Just last month, Neurodiversity Celebration Week (March 17-23) reminded us that embracing cognitive differences isn’t just the right thing to do - it fuels innovation, creativity, and better business outcomes. One organisation leading the charge in our industry is NDIM - Neurodiversity in Media (NDIM).
