Pray for your neighbours in Myanmar and Thailand. 🙏 A 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar on Friday 28th March, followed by a powerful aftershock that was also felt in neighbouring Thailand. Latest reports indicate over 2,000 people have died in Myanmar and more than 4,000 have been injured. In Thailand, at least 20 people have died so far, and the rescue effort continues. Our regional teams are working to support the children and families affected. “So far, the children who are sponsored in our programs are unaffected, and our church pastors are making contact with their respective families,” says Thailand National Director Harry Wathittayakul.
