Meet the Failures As part of our Collaborate Academy, we created a pitch experience where the next generation had the freedom to fail and just as importantly, to learn from it. Fifty students took part, and from that, seven were invited to our HQ to get stuck into a real client brief alongside the team. We’re as committed as ever to supporting emerging creative talent, by giving them real, hands-on opportunities.
