🌍 FUCHS Successfully Completes Strategic Acquisition of STRUB & Co. AG    We’re excited to announce that FUCHS has completed the acquisition of Swiss-based Strub Swiss Tribology. This strategic move is securing direct market access in Switzerland. With this acquisition we’re not just gaining a trusted brand and a state-of-the-art research and production plant—we’re uniting two companies that share a deep commitment to quality and innovation.   The company will continue to operate under the STRUB brand, and both Diana and Marcel Strub will remain members of the management team. On the FUCHS side, we are happy to announce that Dr. Mario Gehrlein will assume the position of CEO. We are pleased to announce that the acquisition of Heytex Group core business has been successfully completed following approvals from antitrust authorities in Germany, Austria, and Poland. With this step, the core business of Heytex – including three production sites in Germany and China, as well as all central functions – officially becomes part of the newly formed specialist for coated technical textiles under the umbrella of Freudenberg Performance Materials. Dr. Andreas Raps, CEO of Freudenberg Performance Materials, states: “Now we are setting the course for Mehler Texnologies® and Heytex to grow together for the benefit of our customers. I am pleased to welcome Hans-Dieter Kohake, former CEO of the Heytex Group, to the management team of the newly-formed specialist for coated technical textiles. Additionally, I am delighted that Henk R. Randau, PhD will take responsibility as Senior Vice President for the business moving forward.
