We're proud of our UK team’s collaboration with the UK Government’s Department of Health and Social Care, which is rolling out a transformative Supervised Toothbrushing program in nurseries and primary schools across England. Our support for this initiative reinforces our commitment to reimagining a healthier future for all. ✨ The program aims to reach up to 600,000 children each year, ages 3 to 5, to help them develop and nurture lifelong healthy brushing habits both at school and at home – addressing the urgent issue of tooth decay, which impacts 1 in 4 five-year-olds in England. “We’re thrilled to help improve children’s oral health across the country – it’s an incredibly important initiative given the current levels of tooth decay in children.” — Noel Wallace, Colgate-Palmolive’s Chairman, President and CEO, said as part of today’s announcement. Colgate-Palmolive plans to donate over 23 million toothbrushes and toothpastes over the next 5 years, as well as educational materials from Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures program.
