Great day at SuccessConnect in Lisbon today. Packed conference with lots of announcements of new SAP SuccessFactors functionality, valuable customer stories and a flourishing partner ecosystem. The SAP SuccessConnect conference in Lisbon was amazing and reenergizing! I was impressed by the community of SAP SuccessFactors experts, clients, and partners. 🤩 Among the dozens of takeaways, two stood out for me: - AI: These two letters were everywhere in all modules and processes. Beyond the classic help with writing, the capabilities in document search, employee career path planning using all the data in SuccessFactors, and automatic thumbnail creation based on the course description for the learning catalog are impressive. The promises are there, and I can’t wait to test them! - Skills & Competencies: The technology is now available to start designing and implementing a skill-based organization, meaning your skills ontology is at the core of every process. Different approaches and philosophies were presented by clients who have already started this journey. Very inspirational! Overall, the conference was incredibly inspiring, and I am eager to implement these new insights and technologies in our organization. The future looks bright with these advancements!
