Interesting insight Raj Kumar Paramanathan. In my experience, organisations that best handle workplace disruptions understand, communicate, and manage change. Getting your head around the idea of change is often the biggest obstacle. Some people embrace the opportunity, while others fear and resist. Helping teams reframe and lead themselves and others positively through change, is what I do.
