In today’s L7 leadership session we explored various coaching models. One standout for me was the CIGAR model, a practical framework for structured coaching conversations. This model looks at understanding the current reality, visualising your ideal reality, exploring the gap between the current and ideal, planning actionable steps, and regularly reviewing progress.
