December: The Ultimate Excuse or Your Time to Shine? 🎄✨ For most people, December is a free pass to hit autopilot. The holidays become the ultimate excuse to put health and wealth on the back burner—because “everyone’s doing it,” right? It’s easy to relax, switch off, and tell yourself you’ll start fresh on January 1st. But here’s the reality: professionals and high achievers see it differently. Christmas (if you celebrate) is just one day of the month—not the entire month. That leaves 30 days of potential growth, momentum, and progress toward your goals. This is separation season. ➡️ Be like the 99%: Live in discomfort, wishing for change, and letting life pass you by. ➡️ Or be like the 1%: Take action, step into discomfort, and create a life most people only dream about. Your 2025 will look exactly like your 2024 unless you stop waiting for the “perfect time.” Newsflash: life is always busy. Time will pass, whether you take action or not. The choice is yours. What will YOU do with the time you have? ❤️🔥 #Growthtime #SeparationSeason #LevelUpNow

The year is getting long in the tooth. I can't believe that there are only a few weeks left until we wrap on 2024. If I can leave you with some tips to finish the year strong. 1) Take a look at the goals you set earlier in the year and check progress. Don't stress over what's not done but focus on what you can accomplish before year end. Not hitting all of your goals is not a bad thing at all. You didn't fail, you learned. 2) Start thinking about those lessons going into '25. Did you over commit? Under commit? Or were you just right? If you plan in December before the holiday break, you'll be in a great position when '25 kicks off to hit the year hard. 3) Focus on real life. Sure, work, socials, conferences and all of that are amazing. But take the time to enjoy those around you in real life that enrich your existence and those who's existence you enrich. The time off does wonders for your health and soul, so slow down, take some breaths and enjoy it. Life is short. It's up to each of us to make the most of it.

As we approach another January, I can’t help but wonder: What exactly is new about the new year? Is it the number on the calendar? The promises we make to ourselves? Or is it something deeper? Truthfully, you don’t need a brand-new set of 365 days to start over. You don’t need a clean slate to begin working toward your goals or changing your habits. The idea of a “new year” is symbolic, it’s an invitation to reflect, reset, and realign. But the truth is, every single day offers the same opportunity. Think about it: If you have a goal you’ve been postponing, why wait for January 1? If there’s a habit you’ve been trying to break, why not begin today? If there’s a dream you’ve been holding back on, what’s stopping you right now? The “new” in the new year isn’t the time, it’s the mindset. It’s the decision to take action, to start fresh, and to show up for yourself. The calendar won’t change your life, but you can. So, what if you started today? What if you embraced this very moment as your turning point? What if you stopped waiting for the perfect time and realized that any time can be perfect if you’re willing to begin? The truth is, life doesn’t need a countdown or fireworks for you to make a change. It just needs your commitment. Newness isn’t tied to a date—it’s tied to a decision. Whether it’s December 20th, January 1st, or April 15th, the power to restart is always in your hands. So don’t wait for the new year to be new. Start where you are. Start now.

Most people spend December feeling anxious: - "I didn’t accomplish anything this year." - "Look at all these goals I didn’t tick off." - "Maybe next year will be different." But here’s the truth: nothing changes if you don’t. So instead of wasting this time on regrets, you can do something better: get ahead with the time you have now. It doesn’t have to difficult either. → Start small, think long-term. Want to build a habit? Don’t overwhelm yourself with a 60-minute workout or 100 pages of reading a book. Start with just 10 minutes a day. - Walk. - Journal. - Meditate. - Prep a healthy meal. Start today, and commit to showing up daily — even if it’s messy or incomplete. So by January, you’re not “starting fresh.” You’re simply continuing. Remember, progress builds momentum. Momentum keeps you moving when motivation fades. So this December, instead of focusing on what you didn’t do, focus on what you can do now: - What’s one small win you can claim before December 31st? - What’s one habit you can build even before the year ends? Do your 2025 self a favour, give yourself the headstart you deserve. Found this impactful? Feel free to repost! #healthandwellness #newyear #goals

Can you believe it's already December? 26 days left (including today) in 2024. Some of us have hit the personal or professional goals we set. Some of us fell short. And some of us are still competing to hit that specific goal before December 31. No matter how your year has gone, you still have 26 days left to close 2024 on a positive note. You can start out early for the 2025 goal you've set. You can pick yourself up from a previous fall and get back to work. You can start creating the habit needed to reach your goal in 2025. You can do anything - even waste the next 26 days. But why would you waste 26 days of life? Why pack it in even though there's still time left on the clock? You don't have accomplish everything before 12/31 - but you absolutely can make progress. You don't need an arbitrary date like January 1 to start a new goal or change our direction. Competitors choose their attitude and actions, every single morning. They don't wait for "one day" to start when everything is better or when the calendar hits "refresh." Any day can be the first day to re-write your story or pursue a goal. Forget the new year. How about getting after it right now? You with me this week?

Don’t Let the End-of-Year Madness Get to You As the year winds down, it’s so easy to get swept up in the chaos. Deadlines loom, to-do lists grow longer, and the pressure to “finish strong” is everywhere. But here’s the thing: you don’t have to sprint to the finish line. Instead, try this: 🌟 Pause: Take a breath. Reflect on how far you’ve come this year—celebrate even the smallest wins. 🌟 Prioritize: Not everything needs to be done right now. Focus on what truly matters and let the rest wait. 🌟 Protect Your Energy: The holidays can be draining, so set boundaries and carve out time for what replenishes you—whether that’s a quiet coffee, a workout, or just saying “no” to one more social obligation. 🌟 Plan for Joy: Make space for the things that make you happy and give you energy. Remember, it’s a season of celebration, not stress. The year doesn’t have to end in a frenzy. Let’s finish it with intention, calm, and maybe even a little sparkle. ✨ How are you really feeling about the end of the year?

🎄 December: The official “I don’t know what’s happening, but I’m here for it” month 🎄 December is a vibe. It’s that time of year when: The mornings are freezing, but the bed is suddenly the warmest it’s ever been (scientists, please explain). You step out in five layers, only to sweat like you’re in July by noon. Wallets are lighter than a snowflake, yet we’re still convincing ourselves, “One more coffee won’t hurt.” December isn’t just a month—it’s a rollercoaster of feelings: You feel nostalgic for the year that’s passed but have zero clue what you actually accomplished. You’re daydreaming about snowfalls and cozy vibes, while reality gives you traffic jams and cold hands. You start making big promises like “2025 will be my year” (even though 2024 had you in a chokehold). But here’s the thing about December—it’s a fresh start disguised as the end of the year. It reminds us that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be fun. Whether you’re binge-watching holiday movies, planning last-minute trips, or just enjoying the smell of winter air, this month is about living in the moment. So, here’s to messy plans, cozy vibes, and a little bit of chaos. December isn’t just a month; it’s a reminder that no matter how crazy life gets, we’re still here, laughing through it all. Let’s share the laughs and the lessons—we’ve got 2025 to conquer next! #DecemberVibes #StudentLife #WinterBluesAndBlessings

For some, it’s not the most wonderful time of the year. For some, the holidays bring heartache—missing loved ones, navigating family tensions, or feeling disappointed by what hasn’t been accomplished. I see you, and I want you to know that it’s okay to feel those things. This time of year can amplify both joy and pain, but it also offers a chance for reflection and growth. If this year hasn’t gone the way you hoped, that doesn’t mean you’ve failed. Sometimes the most meaningful progress is internal, the quiet resilience we build when life doesn’t go as planned. Let’s give ourselves permission to take a break from perfection and embrace what’s right in front of us: the things that did go well, and the ability to reset, refocus, and grow in ways we might not even realize. Whether it’s a small act of kindness to yourself or a step toward healing old wounds, there’s always room for hope and positive steps forward. So, as you face the holiday season, remember: It’s okay not to have everything figured out. You are enough, just as you are, and you have the strength to make it through. #YouAreEnough

Pause. Reset. Move Forward: Reflecting on November’s Lessons As November closes its chapter today, let’s take a moment to reflect on what this month has taught us. Did you hit the goals you set for yourself? Or did life’s unexpected twists and turns reshape your plans? Either way, the mantra for growth remains simple: Pause. Reset. Move forward. In the hustle to achieve and the grind to succeed, we often forget the power of pausing. Pausing isn’t about stopping—it’s about breathing. It’s about taking stock of where you are, acknowledging what worked, and recognizing what didn’t. A pause allows you to see the bigger picture. Resetting is the next essential step. It’s about releasing the baggage of failed plans, recalibrating your approach, and setting fresh intentions. Resetting isn’t starting over; it’s starting smarter, with the wisdom of experience. And then, there’s moving forward. The act of stepping into the future with clarity and confidence. Every forward step counts—no matter how small. Progress is progress. As we step into December, let’s carry forward the lessons of November with grace and determination. Embrace the pauses when they come, use them to reset your mindset, and then move forward with purpose. Here’s my challenge to you: Take a moment today to pause and reflect on your wins—big or small. Reset your vision for December, and step into the new month with renewed energy. Let’s finish the year stronger than ever. How are you planning to reset and move forward this December? Share your thoughts in the comments below. #PauseResetMoveForward #EndOfNovember #NLPWithAshish #EmpowerShift #Reflections #PersonalGrowth
