The Development Services Technician provides phone and front counter coverage and responds to inquiries from the public within the Development Services department. Assists residents, contractors, developers, and applicants with online permit applications. Serves as the primary point of contact for planning inquiries and serves as the backup point of contact for all engineering inquiries.
