City National Bank’s Post

This month, City National Bank proudly hosted a women’s business seminar in Whittier – bringing together small business owners, entrepreneurs and like-minded professionals for an inspiring day of networking, learning and growth. The event opened with thoughtful and insightful remarks from our colleagues: Gloria Carolina Dominguez, Whittier branch manager, emphasized the importance of networking, empowering women and supporting women in business. Jabari Grant, business community manager, shared practical tips on managing small businesses and the importance of having access to the right tools, support and the capital necessary to fuel their growth. May Le Hong, business banking relationship manager & team lead, emphasized the importance of financial education and shared information on SBA-backed loans that support small businesses. We were also honored to feature guest speaker Zulay Henao, CEO of MODERN MUZE, who shared her incredible entrepreneurial journey and offered valuable insights on resilience and growth. At City National, we remain committed to helping small businesses thrive and championing the women who are driving innovation and impact in our communities.

It great to see a bank promoting events like this. Female owned small businesses are the future and I am glad to see support and guidance to help all these women prosper. So cool!
