Next week, the worldwide community of international arbitration practitioners will gather in Paris for the 9th edition of the Paris Arbitration Week. The 2025 edition will feature a rich programme of events organised by the PAW Board and its partners (law firms, experts, third-party funders, companies, universities, arbitration institutions, courts, public institutions, associations, database publishers, etc.). Giacomo Rojas Elgueta, Of Counsel and Head of International Arbitration #Chiomenti, will speak at two events:   ·      On 8 April, he will participate in the event “Civil Law Remedies to Uphold the Contract in Case of Performance Issues”, organised by Delos Dispute Resolution, in which he will take part in a panel on "Civil Law Remedies to Uphold the Contract in Case of Performance Issues".   ·      On 9 April, he will moderate the seminar “"International Arbitration in Financial Disputes: Recent Trends”, co-organised by Roma Tre - UNIDROIT Centre for Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration, Queen Mary University of London - UNIDROIT - International Institute for the Unification of Private Law Institute of Transnational Commercial Law, and Sciences Po Law School.
