Earlier this week, our CEO Steve DaRe joined Maryland Association of Community Services CEO Laura Howell on Midday Maryland on WMAR-2 News Baltimore to discuss Maryland's leadership in supporting people with disabilities during Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month. Laura and Steve shared information about the amazing things people with disabilities are achieving in Maryland and across the country with the support of organizations like Chimes and MACS. They also touched on budget challenges that states like Maryland are facing and how that could impact people with disabilities, their families and the community.
