Seattle Restaurant Week runs from March 30th to April 12th, but it's not just about good food; it's about supporting our local culinary community! Hi, I'm Dan Chittenden, Chef Cuisine at Care and The Feast, presenting some of my food that we're doing for Seattle Restaurant Week. This is going to be a ricotta and yoki with sausage, locally foraged mushrooms, English peas, pecorino Romano, and I've made it with pan sauce. Very light, very nice. Kind of brings home the beginning of spring with all the green and peas, all the bounty that starting to bud up from the ground. I feel like Seattle Restaurant Week, it's a great opportunity for us to engage with local community and see what we do here, what we're about. And so that's that's really important to us and bring some folks to the door that might necessarily not normally come.
