I grew up in a home FULL of family... With 8 brothers and sisters and 100’s of cousins (yes, 100s!) there were always people around! I was raised in a community that looked to one another when they were in need, so a sense of community was baked into my DNA. When I felt unsure of how to complete a task or was unable to do it on my own, it was natural to ask others for help because of what I had seen modeled for so many years. Friends, failure and uncertainty are a part of life we can’t avoid. 👉 What do you do in times of struggle? 👉 What’s your natural tendency when you find yourself feeling unsure or uncertain? 👉 How do you respond when faced with challenges or doubt? For many of you, as leaders, this is the moment when you believe you need to double down and push even harder, thinking that sheer effort will get you through the uncertainty. And often, there’s a reluctance to admit uncertainty or ask for help — after all, relying on community can feel like a last resort. I’ve heard loneliness described as a form of isolation, where fear holds you back from sharing with others—whether it’s the worry of being judged or the fear of potential consequences. But you don’t have to stay in that lonely valley! My team and I can help you build a community that fosters collaboration, trust, and accountability, empowering everyone to grow together. At Schools of Excellence, we’re not here to judge — we’re here to support you, helping you identify your strengths and pinpoint where changes are needed to turn your dreams into reality.
