Hey guys. I'm Amy Ratboy, Senior Vice President of Marketing and philanthropy at Central France. Come on in. I think curiosity is the key to how you grow as a leader. You have to be super curious about everything that you do during the work day and the people that are on your team. Curiosity breeds excitement, it breeds passion, it breeds really digging in and understanding what you're supposed to learn about. And so that for me is the key. I think it's confidence, right? It's confidence that you understand the topic that you're speaking about. It's confidence in walking into a room and owning it, and it's the confidence that you are going to make a friend out of. Every single person that's watching a presentation, if you can't choose a favorite child. So they're all my favorite for different reasons, but every campaign is a fresh beginning and it's a fresh start to create something super magical that connects with the consumer. Think philanthropy is an integral part of culture, right? When you feel like your community, when you're rallying around, when you're getting together, when you're volunteering to make an impact, that really says something about the strength of your culture. And I think that's what we do so well at Centric Brands. Not only do we make amazing. Product and we have amazing brands. We also give back to the communities in which we live. I have to have music. There is never not music playing in my office. There's never not Diet Coke in my office as well. So, you know, we just do like a little break on that. But if I'm on deadline and super frenetic, it is Blink 182's after midnight. And if it's like a chill day when I'm working on strategy, it's anything but Dave Matthews.
