On a personal note it was abosolutley wonderful to reconnect with LB Lindsay Birchfield, MS, RD, CEDRD-S, someone who I had the privilege to learn and train from years ago and continue to get to learn more from today. I'm very excited about the polyvagal intergration LB is brining to Center for Discovery in the Pathway to Peace ED programing.
We got to learn so much with 2 wonderful presentations at iaedp Heartland Chapter event learning about Metabolomics to Identify Individual Differences in Nutrient Utilization from Michael Lutter and Relational Nourishment: Utilizing Polyvagal Theory to Expand Narratives around Disordered Eating from Lindsay Birchfield, MS, RD, CEDRD-S
