I enjoyed this article by Charlie Morgan about Henry Pollock, a player who game by game, is demonstrating how he’s going to maximise his potential. Interestingly, Pollock’s stats are highlighted and they’re incredibly impressive. The article shows how closely he’s worked with S&C staff and sports scientists at both national and club level, to help improve, adapt and continually develop himself.
