I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my Toyota Sienna purchased on Nov 19. After a Nov 20 inspection revealed safety issues, I returned the vehicle on Nov 22 and requested a refund. Despite multiple inquiries, I have not received updates, leading to extra rental car expenses and bank complications since they can't process a new loan until the original is closed. 4mo"selected markets", "...within hours..." what a complete joke! I just went through the entire process to try to sell my car to Carvana. uploaded my personal and bank account information only to get to the very last step that told me "pick up not available"...WHAT?! I would have to drive over 300 miles (over 4 and a half hours) and then I would have to find my own way back home! quick, easy, convenient? strike 3 on all of these, plus a total strikeout with customer service!
