British Land has appointed our Science and Technology team as a joint leasing agent at its Paper Yard development. Paper Yard is an innovative campus designed to support the science and technology sectors with a specific focus on clean tech, featuring 33,000 sq ft of CL2 lab and office space. The site is the research and development component forming part of the 53-acre Canada Water Masterplan, a 50:50 joint venture between British Land and AustralianSuper, working in partnership with Southwark Council to create a new town centre for London.
