This was a good lesson learned from the pandemic. The value of a career fair is to have an authentic in-person interaction with another human, for both the candidate and the employer. That’s actually the whole point.

Great insights ! We just recently held another in-person job and internship fairs and saw lots of student interest. These on-campus events also provide a great opportunity to offer extra "perks" like free headshots for students' LinkedIn profiles 📸

This works great if you are a college that solely focuses on students on-ground. If you run any type of online degree program, you will need to have a virtual career fair of some sort so as to not alienate these students. Let’s give all students the best shot at success.
