Today the OBR has recognised the benefits of our plan to get Britain building. Our reforms will add 170 thousand extra homes, helping us towards our target of one and a half million new homes this Parliament. By unlocking grey belt land like disused car parks, we're creating space for new homes and opportunities for people to access high paying jobs. The ABR has confirmed that these plans will increase the potential of our economy by . 2% by 2030, meaning billions more in our public services like the NHS and more construction jobs to get the houses built. Best of all, these reforms won't cost taxpayers a penny. We're cutting red tape, taking on the blockers and building our way. The growth. And we're just getting started. More funding for construction, training, investment in affordable housing and radical planning reforms are on their way. That's our plan for change.
