Last Friday, the Capella Solutions team gathered for an inspiring Staff Training Day at our HQ, and it was nothing short of amazing! This time, we had a special highlight, we welcomed our US team Capella Solutions Inc. to join us as we aligned on our company mission and goals for 2025. It was incredible to bring everyone together, reinforcing our shared vision and strengthening our global collaboration. The day kicked off with a focused session on our goals for the year ahead, setting the stage for growth and innovation. We then explored exciting updates in New Product Development... stay tuned, because there are some innovative projects in the works! Of course, no Capella Solutions Group training day is complete without a bit of fun. We bonded over team-building activities, shared plenty of laughs, and wrapped up with a spread of delicious food and drinks. A huge thank you to our UK and US teams for making this day so impactful.
