Today marks 5️⃣ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐭 Microsoft, and what a ride it's been! From day one, I've been surrounded by an incredible team, a supportive culture, and an inspiring mission! Here’s what I’ve learned:   1. Microsoft’s culture is remarkably 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞. From day one, I felt welcomed and valued. The camaraderie here is truly special.   2. AI isn’t just a buzzword here; 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭 of our work. Seeing AI drive such transformative change is mind-blowing.   3. The commitment to responsible AI is real. Everyone’s dedicated to creating tech with 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. The dedication to ethical AI development is evident in every team.   4. At Tech for Social Impact (TSI), we’re shaping a future of significant 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞. Our ambitious vision for Copilot is just the beginning of a transformative journey.   5. Continuous learning and innovation are at the core of Microsoft’s success.
