Trützschler China and Pure-Fiber signed contract for high quality Vortex Spinning production project 🎊 On January 16, 2025, Xuzhou Pure-Fiber Textile Technology Co., Ltd. and Trützschler Textile Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. held a grand signing ceremony at Trützschler Shanghai. Mr. Harald Schoepp, General Manager of Trützschler China, and Mr. Gong Zhenghui, Chairman of Pure-Fiber, attended the signing ceremony. Xuzhou Pure-Fiber plans a total investment of about 10 billion yuan, covering an area of about 1033 mu. It will install 1152 vortex spinning machines, including 288 vortex spinning machines planned to be installed in Phase I (equivalent to about 800,000 ring-spinning spindles), and a new factory building of 256,000 square meters will be built. The investment in Phase I is more than 2 billion yuan. It was officially put into production in early 2024, and all the investment in Phase I will be completed in 2025. Xuzhou Pure-Fiber Textile Technology Co., Ltd. now has the world's largest Trützschler blow room and first-class Trützschler machines for fiber and spinning preparation, which stand for reliable continuous performance with highest material utilization, low energy consumption and homogeneous quality. For the quality of vortex spinning yarn, the machines for spinning preparation are particularly important.
