Annual Meeting 2025: A Vision for the Future Every year, our Annual Meeting is a key moment to reflect, realign, and set the course for what’s next. This year, in the spirit of the Year of the Snake, we embraced transformation—celebrating our 2024 achievements and defining the ambitions that will guide us in 2025. In Rome, Laura Burdese, Deputy CEO, took the stage to share pivotal milestones from 2024 and unveil our strategic vision for 2025. Alongside her, Isabelle CASTELLINI, HR Vice President, and Marina Trezza, Director of Training, Development & Organization, underscored our commitment to people and culture, leading insightful discussions on key HR topics. We concluded the day with a dynamic Mobility Roundtable, where we highlighted 3 successful mobility stories and fostered meaningful dialogue around growth and development within our organization. In Valenza, Corinne Le Foll, Jewelry Business Unit Managing Director, and Nicolò Rapone, Jewelry Chief Operations Officer Senior Director, celebrated the art of evolving, starting with the upcoming expansion of the Bvlgari Manifattura, our relentless pursuit of excellence in craftsmanship and innovation. With clarity, commitment, and a shared purpose, we are ready to make 2025 another year of creative evolution.
