That’s why we launched 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘 – our female talent development program. Designed to engage, empower, and evolve women in a traditionally male dominated industry, THRIVE provides a structured and immersive journey, helping participants strengthen their personal and professional skills while expanding their networks. ✨ We recently celebrated a major milestone for the THRIVE program – the face-to-face event at our headquarters in Uzwil! 🌍 24 participants from around the world came together to elevate their presence, deepen their business acumen, and build meaningful professional connections. This event was not just about learning – it was about fostering a strong, supportive network that will continue beyond the program. Now, the next phase begins: Mentoring! Each participant will be mentored by a male leader from middle management, creating a win-win situation.
