In the U.S. studies have shown that symptomatic oHCM leads to hospitalization rates eight times higher than controls and incremental costs exceeding $35,000 per year compared to asymptomatic patients. Will be interesting to review real-world & clinical data to assess the long-term safety, effectiveness, and durability of therapies, which is often beyond the scope of randomized clinical trials.
