This Tuesday, Bright Capital visited the University of St.Gallen to conduct a Private Credit workshop for a selected group of 20 students in cooperation with Helvetian Investment Club (HIC). Accompanied by Karsten Batran and Maximilian Kuehn, the workshop began with an in-depth introduction to the European Private Credit market, followed by an overview of Bright Capital and its unique market positioning within Private Debt. After some insights into our credit investment strategy and key investment criteria, students split-up into groups and took part in an interactive case study on Buy-and-Build financing opportunities. Each group prepared an investment recommendation on a different Target and presented their proposal to the other groups. The day concluded with an informal networking session over food and drinks, offering a great opportunity to get to know each other.
