I love being an early adopter, so I decided to make a coaching clone. My goal was straightforward and challenging: How could I harness the power of AI to offer personalized coaching at scale? Over several months, I trained a variety of GPTs, meticulously shaping their outputs to deliver meaningful, structured, and tailored coaching conversations. But despite my best efforts, something was missing. I didn’t want my AI to simply replicate what I know; I wanted it to capture the nuances of my coaching style—integrating my proven methodologies and personal approach to problem-solving—to co-create transformative client experiences. Find out how I did it, and how you can try AskSherri for free! Link in comments!

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴? A colleague recently shared a bold, untested intervention he made with a new client. It caught me off guard—risky, yet it worked. When I asked where it came from, his answer was unexpected. It made me think about the power of intuition and reflection in coaching. 🎥 In this video, I explore why trusting your gut can be more insightful than it seems. At the Coaching Lab, you get to witness these intuitive interventions in real time and ask coaches directly why they made those decisions. It’s an opportunity to open new doors of perception and elevate your practice. 𝘖𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘦𝘸𝘴… November is going to be a special month in The Coaching Lab. I got feedback today on my coaching website and the outcomes people can expect. Using a mix of ChatGPT, my own personal experiences, and client testimonials, here's what I came up with. In 90 days, the 3 Big Pillars you can expect to walk away with in 1:1 coaching from me is: 1) Clarity on your vision, values, and purpose with a personalized roadmap of your goals and actionable next steps to reach your full potential in work and life 2) A personal operating system to hold yourself accountable and stay focused by breaking down your daily habits, measuring results, and tracking progress 3) Tools, tactics, and strategies to create meaningful change in your health, wealth and relationships by overcoming bad habits, stress, and toxic cycles I feel good about this capturing what I have to offer, and the biggest breakthroughs in my own inner work journey. What do ya'll think?
