I worked with Branch for four years now and one thing that really stands out is the culture we have here. Firstly, something that's very, very key is the feeling of being an entrepreneur within a professional setup. I think that's a very, very nice feeling to have to be able to do your own projects, to be able to take initiatives within a professional setup like this and, you know, lead a team in a manner that you feel like a businessman. Another thing in terms of culture that really stands out is the people. People are the essence of this organization and you will see. The same values echoing through each and every person over here. I have never worked with an organization where people are ever ready just to help each other at any given point of time.
