MRP (Marginal Revenue Product): Hire workers as long as their additional output generates more revenue than the cost. (Revenue generated from the Additional employee) 2. MFC (Marginal Factor Cost): Compare the cost of hiring an extra worker with the revenue they bring in. (additional cost for the new employee) Increase Labour when MRP > MFC Stop hiring when MRP = MFC.
