Dear Colleagues, A recent publication in the American Journal of Case Reports highlights a critical case of Terson’s syndrome (TS) following aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) treated with balloon-assisted coiling and vitrectomy. A 52-year-old patient developed late-onset TS, underscoring the importance of vigilance for this complication. The report emphasizes the necessity for early detection and intervention to prevent vision loss and improve patient outcomes. This case serves as a pivotal reminder for ophthalmologists and neurologists to consider TS in similar clinical scenarios. The complete report is now available on the American Journal of Case Reports webpage. | https://lnkd.in/dPF_3Zb7
