‼️ URGENT: Booking.com is Withholding My Payments ‼️ I am extremely disappointed with Booking.com’s handling of my payouts. As a dedicated partner, I have provided excellent service to guests, yet Booking.com has blocked my payments without any clear reason. I have reached out multiple times via email, phone calls, and Extranet messages, but all my efforts have been ignored or met with vague responses. I am owed £3.913.92 This situation is causing severe financial strain on my business. The lack of transparency and support from Booking.com is unacceptable. I demand immediate action from @Booking.com to resolve this issue. If my payouts are not released within 7 days, I will have no choice but to escalate this further through legal action, regulatory complaints, and public awareness campaigns. "Since March, Pousada Beijo do Vento has had its sales suspended on Booking.com due to unfounded accusations from a guest against a staff member, harming our reputation. We provided videos, photos, and an official police document proving we were in the right, yet Booking.com has not responded or assisted us. As a small hotel, we depend on these platforms. We share this as a cautionary note to others in the industry, hoping for more transparency and fairness."
