1 * Star VERIFIED * Trustpilot Review I would advise to steer clear I would advise to steer clear. This company is great when taking your money. Our flight was cancelled and apparently they should have offered us alternative flights but they cancelled it immediately and told us there were no other flights altho there were, the airline confirmed it. Apparently they should also offer us compensation but flatly refused. Their customer service staff continuously lied and there is no manager to speak to. Apparently someone will ring us in 24 hours and then it changed to 48 hours. I’m not holding my breath. Date of experience: April 02, 2025
